About Clear Block
Clear Block was founded in 2017, its name originating from a simple but strong vision: “Blockchain made Clear”.
While the papers are filled with news on blockchain, most people still struggle to properly understand the technicalities behind it and how it could optimise their business. Here at Clear Block, we introduce companies from the Supply Chain sector into the world of blockchain from A to Z: training teams to critically understand the technology, researching specific use cases, conducting impartial due diligence, and finally connecting them to right implementation partner if appropriate.
Clear Block is headquartered in Paris, providing services there and in Toulouse.
Meet the Team
Pierre Benezech
Co-Founder
Pierre successfully lead the Blockchain Practice Centre at a major Italian consultancy firm in London. He has extensive experience in the integration of blockchain for different sectors, as well as the delivery of a training program across Europe. He was also a blockchain advisor for 2 ICOs raising $5M+.
Pierre holds a five year Engineering degree with Master’s from King’s College London.
Edurne Valcarce
Co-Founder
Edurne created the business strategy, offer and brand of Clear Block, and manages client acquisition and consulting cycles.
She has experience working for two large banks in London, UBS Investment Bank and Santander Bank, in the areas of Client Relationship Management and Risk.
Edurne holds a four year Mathematics degree from the University of Bath, UK.
Gautier Hartzer
Blockchain Consultant
Gautier has delivered numerous blockchain workshops and presentations to the largest UK companies in the Retail and Supply Chain sectors, as well as managing internal training programs.
Gautier holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from HEC Montreal with accreditation in Design Thinking for Business Innovation.
